How to Order


1. Choose the item(s) from the menu Shop” and input your desired quantity.

2. No minimum order required.

3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Club Member and non-club member may place order by just putting the E-mail Address and Shipping Address. But we encourage our valued customer to be a Club Member for more exclusive updates, promos and discounts of our products.

5. All prices are VAT-inclusive.

6. Choose the payment method from major Credit Card or Paypal.

7. After placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Status of your order will also be sent to your email and possible arrival of your order. You may also check the status of your order in your account. 

8. Remove item on the cart by the following step:

Click the "Remove" under the product name.

 

Confirmation will prompt to ask if you want to continue. Click "OK". 

 

The Cart will automatically update once it's successful.

What is takes to be a Club Member


1. Joining the Club is for FREE.

2. A 3% discount on all products will be given once sign up as a Club Member of MGM Premium Beverages.

3. Club Members should be active for 3 months upon sign up. Hence membership will be forfeited.

4. Club members will also be receiving in their registered email address a monthly newsletter and updates, promos and specials of MGM Premium Beverages.

5. By joining as a Club Member the more you purchase the more discount you will get. Here’s the table.

Shipping / Delivery Fee


1. For above or equal P 21,000.00 total worth of item(s), FREE of delivery charges.
2. Delivery within Metro Manila, will be charge:

       P55.00 Metro Manila.
       P100.00 outside Metro Manila.

Delivery will be:

      1 – 2 days within Metro Manila
      2 – 3 days outside of Metro Manila


Stocks Availability


1. Stocks availability will be strictly monitored, In case product is out-of-stock, it will be removed from the available beers or a sign that the product is now out of stock.
2. If product is “out-of-stock” upon placing order, an Email notifying the customer for possible reschedule of delivery depending on new stock delivery to the store.


Return and Refund Policy


1. Items can be return via:

      a. Once delivered and;
      b. If there’s an issue with Item(s)

2. Subject of Item(s) for Return

  • If we don’t hear anything from you within 48 hours upon delivery to your house/establishment, we will assume that all products is in good condition
  • In any instances or incident that the product is expired
  • In any instances that you’ve receive the item with open packaging and seal is broken
  • Wrong item is delivered to you.
  • For Beer Equipment, If there’s a missing part or it is defective.

3. Requirements for Return:

  • Physical appearance in the office upon returning the item(s) is required for initial checking.
  • There will 2 days of replacement upon receiving of the item(s)
  • Printed Return Form is should be filled out when claiming. Click here to download the form.
  • MGM Premium Beverages will evaluate if the return is valid and subject for Replacement/Refund.
  • For Refund, a seven (7) working days will apply for the processing
  • Result of the evaluation and Recommendation will be send to your email once completed. 

Proper Packaging for Return


  1. Put each beers in a plastic bag, to avoid leaking of the beer
  2. Wrap the beers in a bubble wrap and put rubber band to secure it will not move easily while inside the box
  3. Put used newspaper around a box then place the beer bottle vertically
  4. Put the printed Return Form at the top of the box and bring to the MGM Premium Beverages
